MORE THAN A FLUFF PIECE
Towards the end of 2018, Petco was set to make one of the biggest announcements in their history and we partnered with them to craft an integrated communications program to support their effort. The plan spanned across owned, earned and paid channels to drive awareness of their bold move – removing all dog and cat food containing artificial ingredients. Positioning Petco as an industry trailblazer, leading the conversation on pet nutrition and changing the industry, our creative communications spoke to employees, vendor partners, industry stakeholders, veterinarians and mass consumers, and was led by revealing a spin on the brand’s iconic logo.
