Let’s be honest, trash bags are seen as purely functional with no emotional or personal connection to people’s lives. We needed to help fix that. And during the holidays when stress levels get to an all-time high, even simple chores can feel overwhelming. Enter Trash Time Out – a simple solution for a complicated time of year, where the most dreaded chore becomes the perfect antidote for reclaiming your peace.

We built a custom mobile site with tools to support consumers’ journey from the can to the curb (because you know you’re taking your phone with you), including guided meditation, breathing exercises, and even a rage timer. Launched with an anthem video shared by John Cena and supported by influencers and brand content across social; Hefty was there to ensure everyone could experience some curbside calm all season long.
