Asian Art Museum
After years of always telling myself I would go and never doing it, I did it. An overcast Sunday morning, we pulled it together and headed downtown to explore the Asian Art Museum. It's fantastic! We spent hours exploring the pieces, reading up on history and learning things we never knew.
I wanted to share some of the pieces that I found particularly interesting and encourage everyone in San Francisco, or visiting, to go! If you have any interest, especially in the Asian cultures and heritage, history and well, art as a whole, you must. Also, to find out that the pieces on display are only one fifth of the museum's entire collection was astounding.
